I have a Toshiba DT01ACA100 HDD 1TB where the pins on the PCB for the power have burnt. Is there anyway that you can replace the PCB and get the disk working again.

We have a customer who has had their PC reimaged, and we have subsequently discovered there was 2.5 years of work stored on the C drive. Could you provide some indicative pricing for a recovery attempt?

I have a WD Passbook external SSD hard drive. 500gb. Recently this has stopped working. I connect it to my PC, the power light comes on but the PC does not recognise the external drive. I have tried different PCs and different leads to no avail. Is this something you may be able to help with?

Dell Studio XPS Laptop. Coffee spilled on Key Board, The laptop will not switch on. I would either like the
machine repaired or MS office docs recovered together with photos.

My external hard drive is making very strange noises. I’ve just moved house so it probably has been dropped at some point. My laptop now will not even pick up that the drive is attached.

The USB-Hard drive port in the actual hard drive has disconnected whilst trying to remove the connecting wire.
I can no longer connect or access the device’s contents.
Help with this would be great

I have a toshiba external hard drive. It can’t be read by any device (linux fdisk -l won’t recognise it). I’m afraid the read head is malfunctioning even though it has a tilting light. How much would it cost me to have it fixed?
